A 3-star rated cottage of 70 m2 with a capacity of 2 to 5 people.

Caroline, Grégory and their daughters, surrounded by their pets, will welcome you to their old farmhouse in the heart of the hills of Quercy blanc, in Tarn & Garonne on the border of Lot.

We are located in Cazes-Mondenard, near Lauzerte and Moissac, the birthplace of Chasselas wine. This village has all the amenities you might need (bakery, restaurant, grocery store, gas station, etc.).


So, come and have a drink by the pool, cast your fishing rod in our small pond, stroll through our green countryside on foot, by bike, gravel bike, mountain bike or on horseback, discover our animals with the children, taste the local fruits...


The cottage is located on our old farmhouse.

With 600 m2 of private garden


Inside:

– A kitchen: Equipped with ample dishes, cutlery, and glasses. A dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, and ceramic cooktop provide all the desired comforts. An inventory of the equipment provided will be included during the initial inventory check or, if you prefer, with your rental agreement. – A dining area.

– Relaxation area: a furnished lounge with books available, board games.


– bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140cm). (cot available in addition).


– bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140cm) 1 single bed (90cm).


– Bathroom: bathtub and sink.



HEATING in each room. In winter the cottage is heated before your arrival (electricity consumption package: 50 euros per week, 20 euros for a weekend).

Exterior side

600 m2 of private garden, bordered by a small stream, completely secluded, in the heart of the meadows. The garden is equipped with a barbecue, a dining area (table and chairs), a relaxation area (deckchairs) and a solar shower.



You will also be able to enjoy (to be shared with our second gîte and the owners):

 

- From the property's swimming pool (10m x 5m).


- A 400 m2 body of water (fishing possible: roach, rudd, carp, tench, etc.)


- A games room with billiards, foosball and a ping-pong table.




The cottage is surrounded by 5 hectares:

 

– a section landscaped as a garden with the swimming pool, its beach dedicated to relaxation and games, and the small fishing pond stocked with fish that you can enjoy.


– an area dedicated to animals with a walking path where you can discover, pet, and even feed our various companions: horses, ponies, goats, and chickens. They will be delighted by your visit and your children will love it. (Caroline will be happy to involve you and the children in their care and feeding).


– part of it is used for growing hay for our animals.

 

Due to the presence of our dogs, cats, chickens, goats, ponies etc. on the property, we regret that we cannot accommodate any other animals.

Tourist tax: A tourist tax applies in the municipality. It is €1.80 per night per adult.
