We are located in Cazes-Mondenard, near Lauzerte, Lafrançaise and Moissac, the birthplace of Chasselas grapes. This village has all the amenities you might need (bakery, restaurant, petrol station, etc.).

So come and have a drink by the pool, cast your fishing rod in our small pond, stroll through our green countryside on foot, by bike, mountain bike or horseback, discover our animals with the children, taste the local fruits...

The cottage is located on our old farmhouse.

– bedroom: A bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed (140cm). Please note, access to the bedroom is via a steep ladder.

– Bathroom: Equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.

The cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning.



In winter the cottage is heated before your arrival (electricity consumption package: 40 euros per week, 20 euros for a weekend).

You will also be able to enjoy:

- From the property's swimming pool (10m x 5m). The pool is shared with our second 5-person gîte and the owners.

- A 400 m2 body of water (fishing possible: roach, rudd, carp, tench, etc.)

- A games room with a pool table and foosball.

The cottage is surrounded by 5 hectares:

– a section landscaped as a garden with the swimming pool, its beach dedicated to relaxation and games, and the small fishing pond stocked with fish that you can enjoy.

– an area dedicated to animals with a walking path allowing you to discover, pet and even feed our various companions: horses, ponies, goats, chickens.

– part of it is used for growing hay for our animals.



Due to the presence of our dogs, cats, chickens, goats, ponies etc. on the property, we regret that we cannot accommodate any other animals.
